Privacy Policy

We collect account information that users provide when registering or signing in, including name, email address, authentication identifiers, workspace membership information, and subscription or plan selection details when applicable.

When users connect a social media platform such as Facebook or Instagram, we may collect and store platform account details required to provide the service, including page or account name, page or account ID, profile image URL, connection status, access tokens, refresh tokens when provided by the platform, token expiration information, granted permissions, and related platform metadata.

We collect content and publishing data created in the application, including post text, selected publishing platforms, scheduled publishing dates, publishing status, media URLs, uploaded media file metadata, provider post IDs, and publishing error messages.

We may collect operational information such as audit logs, workspace activity, connection health status, and technical information needed to secure, debug, and operate the service.

We use collected information to authenticate users, manage workspaces, connect social accounts, display connected account status, prepare previews, store scheduled content, upload media, and publish content to social platforms selected by the user.

For Facebook Pages, we use Facebook permissions to list Pages the user can manage, identify the selected Page, verify Page connection details, and publish posts, links, photos, or videos to the selected Page when the user requests publishing.

We also use information to maintain account security, prevent abuse, monitor publishing failures, provide customer support, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Kaf IG Suite uses Meta Platform APIs only to support account connection, Page selection, publishing, and connection health workflows requested by the user. We do not sell Meta Platform data.

Access tokens and related credentials are used to make authorized API requests to Meta on behalf of the user. They are not displayed in the user interface. Users can disconnect a connected account from the Accounts page, which removes the stored social account connection from Kaf IG Suite.

We share information with third-party services only as needed to provide and operate Kaf IG Suite. This includes social media platforms such as Meta/Facebook and Instagram when users connect accounts or publish content, authentication and database providers such as Supabase, hosting providers, and payment or billing providers if billing features are used.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, to investigate abuse, or to protect the security of users and the service.

We retain user account, workspace, connection, content, media, and operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Users may delete scheduled or draft content in the application where deletion controls are available. Users may disconnect social accounts from the Accounts page. Some records may remain in backups, audit logs, or legally required records for a limited period.

Users can request deletion of their personal data or connected social account data by contacting us at support@kafigsuite.com. Please include the email address associated with the account and a clear description of the data deletion request.

Users can also remove a connected social account directly from the Accounts page. For Facebook or Instagram, users may additionally remove Kaf IG Suite access from their Meta account settings.

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect user information, including authenticated access controls and server-side handling of platform credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Kaf IG Suite may process information in countries other than the country where the user is located. By using the service, users understand that their information may be processed where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the last updated date above. Continued use of the service after an update means the user accepts the updated policy.
